AI Fluency for Wealth has three levels: Foundations, Intermediate and Advanced. Each level pairs short lessons and practice with a formal assessment. All of them are open from the start, and each builds on the one before.
Each level card under Levels shows the time left for that level. Spread the work across as many sittings as you like.
Yes. Lessons remember where you stopped, and assessment answers save as you go. A refresh, a dropped connection or a closed laptop never loses work and never costs an attempt.
The assessment clock keeps running once it starts, so begin when you have the full time free.
Yes. Press ← and → to turn the pages of a lesson. While you are typing in a field, the arrow keys stay in the field and never turn the page. Every control can also be reached with Tab.

80% at every level. Your scorecard arrives when you submit, with detailed feedback on your answers.
As many as you need: retakes are unlimited. A result under 80% simply means another try when you are ready, and each retake draws different questions wherever the question bank allows.
Synthetic scenarios from a wealth partner's working week, one question at a time, against a 15-minute clock. The clock starts when the first question appears. Each answer is final once you move on to the next question.
The briefing page confirms the rules before you begin.
Some responses go to a human reviewer, which keeps AI-graded exercises fair. You see a provisional score straight away, and the final result appears on your scorecard once the review is complete.
Formal assessments note when the assessment window loses focus and when a large block of text is pasted. A human reviewer sees these notes as context. They never fail anyone automatically.
Reload the page first: your answers are saved. If it still will not resume, contact your Burgundy Private L&D team. The team can review your attempt and, where justified, reset it with a recorded reason.

A certificate for that level, issued the moment you pass. You will find it under Achievements.
No. Certificates and verification pages never show a score.
Yes. Open it from Achievements, then choose Download PDF or Print.
A revoked certificate is no longer valid, and its verification page says so. Only programme administrators can revoke one, and they must record a reason.

Yes. Choose Listen on any lesson page to hear it narrated. Narration reads the lesson itself and never reads out the answers to an exercise before you have tried it.
Where an answer box shows a microphone, yes. The first time, you are asked for consent. Your recording goes to the transcription service and is not stored by us. Only the text it returns is kept, only if you submit it, and you can edit that text first.
Dictation appears only when your browser can record audio and the voice service is available. Without it, type your answer as usual: nothing else changes.

Argus stores your learning progress, practice activity, formal attempt answers, scores and certificates: the minimum needed to run a fair certification and report programme completion.
During a formal assessment it also notes basic integrity signals: the assessment window losing focus, unusually large pastes, and timing patterns. These go to a human reviewer only and never fail anyone automatically.
No. It does not record your screen, camera or keystrokes, and it does not use any biometric analysis. Voice features run only with your explicit consent, and the platform does not keep audio recordings.
You, and the programme team that runs the certification. Scores never appear on certificates or verification pages.
No. Every scenario in the programme is synthetic, so keep it that way: never enter real client names, account details or other confidential information.
Coach replies are AI-generated study support. They are ungraded, they can be wrong, and they are no substitute for policy, compliance guidance or your own judgement.
Argus is an internal learning platform for authorised colleagues. Access is personal: sign in with your own account and keep your credentials to yourself. Complete formal assessments yourself, without assistance from another person or tool.
Every scenario in the programme is synthetic. Keep it that way: never enter real client names, account details, or any other confidential information into lessons, practice activities, or the AI Learning Coach. Coach replies are AI-generated study support. They are ungraded, they can be wrong, and they are no substitute for policy, compliance guidance, or your own judgement.
Learning and assessment activity is recorded to run the certification fairly, and misuse of the platform is handled through the usual internal channels.
